I’m Jessica, a trauma-informed somatic therapist working with the body, emotions, and lived experience. I offer a calm, compassionate space where emotional patterns can be explored safely and at your own pace.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, trauma responses, and the effects of grief and loss. My work is relational and body-aware, gently exploring the emotional and physical roots of these patterns to support understanding, choice, and change.

Drawing from compassionate inquiry, grief tending, and yoga therapy, I shape the work around you rather than a single method.

I offer a culturally aware, affirming space that honors the lived experiences of clients from Black, Brown, and global majority backgrounds.

This work is not about fixing yourself, but about meeting what’s here and what can shift when you no longer have to carry it alone.
