“Yoga therapy sessions gave me the space to practice asanas mindfully and reclaim focus. I was able to practice yoga for myself by myself based on what my body needed at the time. The breathwork practice and understanding the asanas was definitely the most useful. Jessica selected asanas I can play with, adapt and don’t have to worry too much about the right/wrong way of doing them which help keep my body free. Which is exactly what I needed.”
