The Compassionate Inquiry® Approach

I’m based in London, UK, and support clients internationally through online sessions. In-person therapy is available in West London, with the option to work in nature.

A gentle, body-and-mind-aware way of discovering what underlies your patterns.

This work is for people who feel overwhelmed by long-standing habits, tension in the body, persistent stress responses, or a sense of moving through life on autopilot. Together, we slow down and listen to what your system has learned to carry, offering curiosity and compassion rather than pressure or quick fixes.

What This Feels Like
Sessions are reflective, relational, and paced to your nervous system’s comfort. We explore how emotions, memories, and bodily sensations are interconnected, helping you gain insight and choice rather than judgement or rushing toward change.

Who This Work Is For

  • Feel stuck in repetitive emotional or nervous system patterns

  • Notice stress, tension, or shutdown in your body

  • Sense there’s more beneath surface symptoms

  • Want understanding rather than forced outcomes

  • Feel disconnected from your intuition, emotions, or sense of meaning

  • Are on a spiritual or personal growth path, yet notice old wounds resurfacing

  • Want healing that honors both psychological depth and embodied awareness

How We Work Together

  • Grounded conversation

  • Somatic awareness

  • Supported exploration of inner experience

  • Space for curiosity, not pressure

If you want to understand why you feel the way they do — and to create change with compassion rather than force.

Grief tending

Grief circles and ceremonies - 1:1 or groups - bespoke to your needs

Grief is a natural, profound human experience that deserves attention and care. It recognises that grief isn’t only about bereavement; it shows up in many forms of loss — of relationships, health, roles, identity, dreams, or connection to the world. In many cultures, grief was traditionally witnessed and held in community, but in modern life it’s often carried alone, unspoken and unacknowledged. This can leave the heart constricted, the body tense, and the spirit depleted. Grief tending invites you to slow down, feel what’s arising, and allow your experience to be seen and met with presence and respect

Who This Work Is For?

  • Feel overwhelmed, numb, or disconnected from your emotions

  • Sense a deep, unnamed sadness or “weight” that hasn’t eased

  • Want to feel held in community rather than struggling privately

What This Work Is Like
We create a safe container where emotion is welcomed rather than pushed away. Together, we use reflection, grounding practices, and somatic awareness to help your body and heart feel seen and supported.
